We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant, Scheduling & Marketing to join our Gunpowder & Sky team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day workflow including schedule execution, data entry, and communication with multiple departments to support the content strategy of our FAST Channels Business.
Responsibilities:
- Execute program schedules for our FAST channels.
- Communicate with the team to inform them of any changes or updates.
- Monitor and identify potential issues before they arise.
- Maintain organized records of processes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize excellent organizational skills to assist marketing requests.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Upkeep internal rights system to ensure correct implementation of content availability windows.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a minimum of one year of experience in program scheduling in television or a related field, preferably via Amagi or a similar CMS.
- Demonstrate the ability to remain organized and keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication abilities to ensure the team is aware of any changes or updates, with strong email etiquette.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and address potential issues before they arise.
- Have excellent computer application skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Airtable).
- Have knowledge of the TV industry.
