This is a full-time, fully remote position. Candidates must be based in Bramble's key markets of Austin, Dallas, Houston or San Antonio.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Do you have a passion for media relations, writing, networking, and communications? Are you interested in learning more about commercial real estate, architecture, design and hospitality environment? We are seeking a driven, organized and curious Account Coordinator to join our growing team!
In this position, you’ll work closely alongside our Founder & CEO, Account Team and Consultants on a rapidly growing list of local and national brands that span world-renowned architects and designers to national developers whose work helps to change all scales – from major metros to small towns. Those who enjoy a boutique-company-feel and who are fulfilled by doing their best work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment should apply.
The Account Coordinator will work with the team to run multiple client accounts including planning and executing day-to-day project deliverables, maintaining weekly client reports, conceptualize media pitches, and assisting with internal marketing needs.
This is a fully remote position; however, we are currently only seeking candidates based in our key markets of Austin, Dallas, Houston or San Antonio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Coordinator, you will….
- Draft agendas, project narratives, award submissions, client bios, interview prep documents and curate media pitches
- Draft and organize account reports, editorial calendars and press clippings
- Research and become familiar with local and regional media, relevant lifestyle, design, real estate magazines, digital outlets; maintain media database
- Establish trusted partnership with peers, clients, and media; join specified client meetings
- Content creation for Bramble Creative social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Assist with general daily office and administrative duties

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE…
- Has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or other relevant field
- Is a strong writer that can alter your style based upon the need.
- Is interested in learning more about the real estate, design, architecture, or hospitality industries as well as the practice of Public Relations.
- Balances attention to detail with efficiency while maintaining multiple project deadlines at once.
- Can communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Is skilled in Microsoft Office, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MuckRack is a bonus.
