Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a bilingual English/Spanish Payroll Administrator at Joe Bar Business Solutions. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to payroll administration, including managing garnishments, payroll taxes, and employee benefits. Additionally, the Payroll Administrator will handle accounting duties and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Qualifications
- Payroll Administration: Candidates should have experience and knowledge in payroll administration, including processing payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Bilingual proficiency is key: English/Spanish
- Experience with ADP is a must.
- Garnishments: Familiarity with managing garnishments, such as child support orders and wage garnishments, is required.
- Payroll Taxes: Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and procedures is essential.
- Employee Benefits: Experience in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans, is preferred.
- Accounting: Basic accounting skills, including the ability to reconcile payroll accounts and generate financial reports, are necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
