Position Summary - Senior Graphic Designer
At Levo Health, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer ready to dive headfirst into the complex world of healthcare advertising. In this role, you’ll join a team that’s passionate about crafting creative campaigns to tackle challenging healthcare topics.

We’re looking for someone skilled in design, an excellent communicator, and flexible enough to adapt to our clients’ ever-evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Develop and execute design concepts for various media, including digital, print, motion graphics, and social platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand standards.
- Utilize strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout to produce aesthetically pleasing and effective designs.
- Manage multiple design projects, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Expertise in Figma - Must have a proficient working knowledge of design prototyping and Autolayout features.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, extra points if you’re great at Premiere and After Effects.
- Expertise in typography, color theory, and illustration, complemented by a sharp sense of design aesthetics.
- Deep knowledge of design fundamentals, maintaining brand integrity, and the art of visual storytelling.
- Innate creativity and problem-solving skills, driven by a commitment to producing outstanding design work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, capable of working harmoniously with diverse colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and skill enhancement in the field of design.
- Proficient in managing a fast-paced workload, juggling multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Additional skills in prototyping, motion graphics, and other technical design areas are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, visual arts, or related field
- 3+ years of related experience in an agency setting
- A portfolio of completed design projects is required for consideration
