Job Summary
The ideal candidate will manage critical initiatives aimed at implementing and refining ERP system foundations within the organization, focusing on key areas such as Financials, Billing, Pricing, and Invoicing. With extensive project management expertise, you will play a pivotal role in instilling structure, streamlining processes, and fostering transparency across your projects. Operating in a predominantly remote setting, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including end users, resources, sponsors, and vendors, to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions aligned with business requirements. You will employ the most suitable and efficient project management methodologies to achieve success. Relationship building and fostering and building teamwork in a predominantly remote work environment is a must. In addition, the ability to develop strong RFPs for software solutions is critical, in buy versus build scenarios.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently oversee ERP implementation and improvement projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, formalize, and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, timeline, and costs.
- Validate that requirements are accurately documented and endorsed by project sponsors.
- Communicate project updates to diverse audiences, ensuring clear communication of project status.
- Provide clear project budget development and guidance on CAPEX vs OPEX line items for expense and capitalization.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Eight or more years of experience managing successful ERP projects (Financials, CRM, and/or Supply Chain) from business case to post go live support with substantial remote work.
- Critical knowledge of complex product and services pricing and billing scenarios is required.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is required.
- Ability to determine and apply the optimal project management framework (methodology and quantity) to your projects based on scope, stakeholders, and corporate culture.
- PMP Certification requested. Background in Aviation a plus.
