Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a primary role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales process and our customer success. Your primary responsibilities will include processing orders, maintaining accurate records, addressing customer queries, and generating insightful sales reports. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be instrumental in supporting the sales team's success. Responsibilities:
· Partner with our Relationship Managers to drive sales and excellent customer experiences with The Pinery.
· Coordinate and execute post-sales activities including intake and processing of customer orders through online portals, email, and phone channels.
· Develop presentations and sales reviews for our customer partners and prospective customers.
· Accurately record order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery information.
· Check orders and invoices for accuracy.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for internal managers to address inquiries or concerns regarding orders.
· Proactively communicate with customers to collect any missing information required for order processing.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the database remains current and comprehensive.
· Compile and analyze sales data to prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports.
· Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative role.
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and CRM software
· Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Ability to prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:
· $24.00-30.00 hourly
