We are seeking a highly-motivated data analyst with experience in revenue and/or sales data and operations to significantly up our game to scale and optimize our go-to-market activities. In this role, you will be at the ground level of our data processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, building the foundations for how we continually improve our operations both short term and far into the future, with an initial focus on revenue-generating activities. Given the importance of this role, you will report directly to 4AllPromo’s President and Chief Revenue Officer.
Location: Remote (Must reside in CT, MA, PA, FL or WI)
Key Responsibilities- Sales Process Building & Optimization: Assess existing sales processes to understand opportunities to optimize current ones and build net-new ones – inclusive of standing up completely new sales motions.
- Sales / Account Management Tooling: Manage and build upon the tools we use to engage our customers, inclusive of our CRM, onsite chat, phone, and other systems.
- Dashboard Development: Design and implement user-friendly dashboards that provide real-time insights to manage the business effectively, enabling quick and informed decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional leads, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams, to manage data integration, ensure data integrity, and implement strategic changes based on analytical findings.
- Data Management, Reporting, & Insights Generation: Build, own, and maintain comprehensive data and reporting infrastructures that provide key insights into business operations, customer behavior, and marketing/sales effectiveness. Use the outputs from these data sets to recommend strategic and tactical optimizations to the business.
Key Qualifications- Expertise in SQL: Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, analysis, and manipulation. Ability to write efficient, optimized queries to extract and analyze large datasets.
- Knowledge of Sales operations best practices: Experience working with a revenue and/or sales operations role, with clear examples of process implementation and optimization that resulted in revenue growth for the business.
- Experience with Google Data Tools: Knowledgeable about using Google Big Query, Looker Studio (or similar), and Google Sheets to pull and manipulate data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Detail-Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and insights within complex datasets. As you will be working autonomously as our data expert, we will depend on you to get it right.
- Customer-Focused: A strong customer-oriented approach, understanding that data analysis is a tool to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty – which is how we win long-term. Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that prioritize customer needs and preferences.
