Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Administrative Assistant role at Sotogard Medical. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone etiquette, clerical duties, and executive administrative assistance. The position is for 12 to 16 hours per week.
Key Duties
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Process billing, insurance claims, and assist in financial transactions as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate patient referrals as needed.
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) accurately and ensure confidentiality of patient information.

- Ability to receive direction and improve skills as advised to meet internal standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, with both clients and staff.
- Experience with office software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in Administration is essential.
- C2 level or higher in English is essential.
- B2 level or higher in Italian is a plus.
