Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our subscription WordPress development services. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, fluent English, a deep understanding of WordPress, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and engagement.
-Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback regarding our subscription WordPress services, as well as ask for testimonials.
-Collaborate with the support and development teams to address customer requests, resolve technical issues, and implement website updates or enhancements.
-Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to existing customers, maximizing their value and satisfaction.
-Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience from the outset.
-Stay informed about industry trends, WordPress updates, and emerging technologies to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in account management or customer-facing roles, preferably in the digital marketing or web development industry.
-A basic familiarity with WordPress, including its functionalities, plugins, themes, and best practices for website maintenance and optimization.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels of an organization.
-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
-Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
-Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and driving customer satisfaction.
