Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Growth at Piñata Rent. The Head of Growth will be responsible for leading growth marketing, customer acquisition, growth hacking, sales, and business development strategies. This role will involve developing and executing innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, increasing customer engagement, and optimizing the overall growth of the company.

- Build a scalable acquisition marketing function.
- Optimize inbound marketing and conversion rates
- Manage demand gen budgets

- Work with sales and product teams to capture and convert inbound demand
- Report on acquisition and revenue metrics
- Develop efficiency metrics and continuously drive down CAC
- Influence internal operations for improved marketing efficiency.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in proptech, property management or real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
