Our founders and advisors have 150+ years of experience in technology, clinical, enterprise and small to large startups. Our CEO has had a non-founder successful exit to F100 for 4x global ARR at nearly half a billion USD.
Our global TAM is 80B+. Our prototype and demo are built. Our MVP will be delivered in August. Our team is hired. We have prospect customer meetings already. We have a patent pending, PCT pending and TM pending. Our application will change the face of healthcare as we know it today. This is a substantial global opportunity for the right candidate.
**Please understand that we are not looking for a deal broker or consultant who is not FINRA registered or not a broker dealer and is fee/engagement based. We also do not want to buy your product.**We want you to join our leadership team. This is initially a part time equity based role with an opportunity for additional upside. You will be required to sign our NDA.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in investor management. **Must come from a startup/healthcare/pharmaceutical background where you have taken companies from pre-seed-IPO and are deeply connected in the VC, PE and angel global communities. We are counting on this person to bring in warm leads and introductions into the investor community with established relationships and built trust.
Responsibilities
- Raise capital for initial pre-seed round, than additional rounds after completed
- Manage GTM strategy for external investments and partnerships
- Collaborate with founders and CFO on all external investor matters
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- 10- 15 years' of successful healthcare venture raise experience
- E/MBA preferred, but not required
You are driven, positive, friendly, communicative, proactive and connected. You enjoy and foster team collaboration.
You are based in the US and willing to take equity plus % deal closed until we have a reasonable runway to pay our team.
From day one, you are setting up calls, reaching deep into your network and building a pipeline to make deals in Q2 24+. You will be producing at least 10 warm leads/intros a week to our founders. If you have to cold call PE/VC's etc you have no problem with this. You are a hunter by nature and understand urgency and lack any complacency.
You will manage that pipeline and VC/PE/Angel relationships until close and post close keeping them warm and up to date on our progress and their investment status. You can start this role now.
