Job Overview: We seek an experienced Payroll Specialist versed in ADP software to handle our expansive 800-strong employee roster. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a vibrant and dynamic work environment and enjoys dissecting analytics and trends in the field.

Job Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining all facets of the payroll system using ADP software.
Calculating, preparing, and delivering accurate payroll statements for our 800 employees.
Generating regular and ad hoc reports for management as required.
Ensuring the compliance of all payroll taxes and payroll-related obligations.
Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies and irregularities.
Developing, managing, and maintaining comprehensive payroll records.
Working closely with HR and Accounting teams to maintain accurate data.
Providing guidance on payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
