Ten Little is a predictive recurring commerce platform for parents - the first platform to personalize shopping for an ever-changing demographic, growing kids. On a mission to make parents’ lives easier by helping them find the right products and resources for their children at every developmental size and stage, Ten Little brings together shopping, community, and content onto a single destination for parents.
As a CX & Operations Analyst, you’ll be the liaison between our customers and fulfillment team, communicating directly with both our warehouse and customers on a daily basis!
In this role, you’ll:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to troubleshoot and proactively resolve customer issues, inquiries, and touchpoints
- Develop and continuously improve on fulfillment and customer operations SOPs
- Share customer insights with the larger team to continue to improve upon our product, sizing, and overall customer experience
- Work with parents to help them find the right fit for their little ones
- Engage with our Ten Little community through email and social media
- Maintain product catalog, receiving, and outbound fulfillment information across all systems
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure SLA adherence
- Provide recommendations around future supply purchases
- Become an expert in our products and systems
Who you are:
- 0-3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, operations, or a similar field
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Strong people skills; interacts with empathy, personality, warmth, and kindness
- A natural at creative problem-solving who possesses a desire to optimize day-to-day processes
- Someone who excels at process and execution with a ‘no-task-too-big, and no-task-too-small’ attitude
- Enthusiastic about solving new and complex challenges with a data-driven approach
- Strong people skills; interacts with empathy, personality, warmth, and kindness
- Experience with Gorgias and Shopify (preferred)
This role is open to remote or hybrid work out of our New York City office.
