WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Performance review and optimization of all paid media campaigns. Maintains and reports on program performance in North American (US and Canada) markets.
- Hands-on CRO / UX experience using Adobe Target or equivalent web testing platform and driving content improvement initiatives to maximize conversion through content targeting and personalized user experiences
- Design, run, and evaluate UX tests Conduct multivariate or A/B website tests, aiming to improve overall customer lifetime value.
- Develop near and long-term paid media campaign strategies, roadmaps, and execute tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversions, and ROAS.
- Grow and optimize our website through testing (A/B and multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bid strategies, negative keywords, etc.
- Communicate and direct Google teams in the US and Slovakia to understand best practices, test new beta solutions, and continuously improve the performance of programs in flight and upcoming.
- Analyze KPIs and making recommendations that correlate directly to leads and revenue acquisition.
- Analyze cost per lead, click-through rates, cost per clicks, value of a click in the PPC market, churn, sales attrition, and other trends to make recommendations influencing revenue and operating margins patterns inclusive of return on marketing investment and ad spend.
- Assists with on-page landing page testing using conversion rate optimization strategies through A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Performs regular campaign optimization activities to improve performance and maximize ROAS.
- Performs competitive research to identify opportunities in all digital channels.
- Work directly with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to recommend new partners and strategize on growth opportunities.
- Create purchase orders for all media buys and mange the monthly marketing expense report.
WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Business or Marketing preferred
- 2+ years’ experience working in digital marketing/analytics for a company receiving > 25,000 monthly visits or digital marketing agency
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or user experience certifications preferred
- Digital agency experience a plus
- Fundamental knowledge and experience with web analytics tools and interfaces, i.e. Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
- of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics 360, Hotjar and/or similar and recognizable tools
- knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS and experience with popular content management systems i.e. Typo3, Drupal, WordPress is a plus
