Responsibilities
· Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating all aspects of the fiber build project, including scope, timeline, and budget management.
· Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, and clients to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
· Monitor project progress and help manage adjustments to schedules and plans, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
· Handle administrative tasks related to the project, such as document preparation, progress reports, and compliance checks.
· Participate in site visits, and coordinate logistics for materials and workforce as required.
· Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the project, providing timely and effective solutions.
· Support the quality assurance process by coordinating testing and inspection activities.
· Ensure all project documentation is maintained according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications or infrastructure projects.
· Strong understanding of fiber optic technology and network construction principles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proven problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.
· Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
