ProExhibits seeks experienced Office Administrator

What You Will Accomplish
· Happily take ownership of and maintain a professional office
· Be point of contact for computer-related questions for all staff.
· Train new hires on our network and CRM software
· Manage office supplies, building maintenance, office equipment maintenance.
· Tasks and projects specific to office administration and marketing.
· Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
· Plan, organize, and support events, including team-building events, happy hours, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, company off-sites, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience

· Solid working knowledge of Salesforce
· Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Expert in managing multiple complex calendars.
· Outstanding communication skills
· Impeccable attention to detail
· Excellent organization, time, and project management skills
· Experience working in an office support capacity (Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant), experience as an office manager preferred.
· Experience planning and running events and activities.
· Bachelor's degree and strong academic performance preferred
