Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll information, including employee records, timesheets, and deductions.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support the finance team during audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
