We are looking for a Creative Strategist to play a pivotal role in building client relationships and developing content from concept to execution. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop strategies driven by data and culture that align with business objectives and not only stop thumbs but drive meaningful connections with the audience(s).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
Client Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into creative strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, presenting strategic recommendations and insights to clients in a compelling manner.
Strategic POV:
- Provide strategic direction for creative projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and overall agency objectives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, strategic ideas.
- Clearly communicate your ideas to clients and team members with a thoughtful approach to storytelling.
- Supports the pursuit of business opportunities with creative-lead pitches.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Analyze data and insights to inform creative strategies and refine campaigns for optimal impact.
- Understanding the social landscape, trending content, and what performs best per channel and audience demo.
Concept + Content Development:
- Bring a clear understanding of platform best practices to inform concepting and creative direction.
- With client objectives in mind, develop actionable concepts that are tailored per platform and informed by culture to spark relevance and inspire action.
- Effectively identify creative references or partner with the design team to develop mockups that reinforce the idea.
- Provide creative direction based on approved concepts with clear guidance around visuals, copy and platform best practices.
- Digest and action internal and external feedback promptly working with the designers to consolidate the materials they need to deliver on time.
- Prepare and QA thoughtful presentations with great attention to detail.
- Carefully QA and hand off all approved creative to the internal media team or client team ensuring they have everything they need for a successful launch.
Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze the performance (across paid and organic social), making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation within ongoing projects.
- Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the agency.
