Tuesday 8AM-4:30PM
Wednesday 8AM-4:30PM
Thursday Half Day (Hours to be determined)
Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Saturday 7AM-7PM
This resource will troubleshoot issues (connectivity, proxy, app, security, load balancer) MACDs, and maintain ticket queue.
- #2 Network Engineer- (40 hours per week)
Sunday through Thursday 8AM-4:30PM
This resource will provide support on Rapid Response and Hypercare plus troubleshooting issues (connectivity, proxy, app, security, load balancer) MACDs, and close tickets once work is completed.
The customer is in the eastern time zone. Working hours will need to coincide with that time zone.
