Job Title: Project Manager (Remote - PST zone only)
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm PST
Overall Purpose:
Looking for an experienced Project Manager that can work independently. The PM should be able to understand all product offers, internal systems, lead cross functional meetings, and have strong public speaking skills. Manages, coordinates, leads projects from initiation through delivery. Responsible for meeting the project requirements and managing project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk. Serve as a liaison between all the cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and assembles project teams, and coordinates activities.
- Develops detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, project tracking and analysis.
- Performs economic and other analysis as required to achieve the best least cost.
- Manages and obtains Customer Concurrence through direct and indirect communication with Customers and Account Teams as well as managing critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience.
- Collaborate with diverse and strong cross functional teams.
- Manage all video Marketing intake requests.
- Determine the type of support needed, assign support, and follow-up on pending action items (i.e. more information is required from requestors, etc.). This also means identifying the requests that get incorrectly submitted through our queue.
- Create new processes.
- Educate stakeholders on the new process and enforce the process.
- Be able to make adjustments to the process if things continue to not work.
- Work with other cross-functional teams to host a governance call.
- Create leadership reports.
- Manage our Decisioning University (DU) training, host calls with trainers, provide feedback on the training page to improve DU experience.
Qualifications: - Must be extremely organized and keep track of intake progress.
- Strong project management experience.
- Be able to lead meetings with cross-functional partners and follow-up/close action items.
- Have confidence to provide process improvement feedback and look for better ways to do things.
- Strong PowerPoint / VISIO (process flow) skills to provide process improvement changes and leadership updates.
- If they have experience using Asana, that would be preferred but not required.
- Role requires highly organized candidate to follow-up on action items and get them closed out.
- This role requires a strong understanding of DIRECTV product offerings, ordering systems, determining support needed based on intake requirements, and knowing which teams to engage.
