Client Relations Coordinator
Summary:
We are looking to hire a Client Relations Coordinator to help support our Direct-to-Consumer Business that has been rapidly growing. The ideal candidate will have client facing experience and a deep understanding of the luxury market. A ‘can-do’ attitude, being extremely detail oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced environment are all a must. This role has exposure to a myriad of departments and requires the enjoyment of wearing many different hats while always keeping track of core responsibilities. This candidate will work closely with our Vice President of Client Relations and Business Development along with our Customer Service Assistant and Operations Team. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer inquiries that are received via phone, voicemail, and email.
- Convey the ethos of the brand when communicating with clients.
- Follow-up and resolve all client issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Help facilitate online orders, in person orders, and follow-up on pending orders.
- Resolve delivery issues related to e-Commerce orders promptly.
- Uphold high client expectations in every interaction.
- Expert in communication and collaboration with team to ask questions and problem solve to navigate through complicated situations at times.
- Comfortable being agile in a rapidly changing environment.
Requirements:
- Proven 3-4 years experience in a customer facing role, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday in our Hollywood, LA office.
- Proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo preferred.
- Extremely strong organizational and communication skills.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Potential Travel as needed.
