We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately closing sales for our suite of branding services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' branding challenges and objectives.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of our branding services and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless transition to our project delivery process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using our CRM system.
Qualifications
- We couldn't care less about your proven track record in past sales positions. Some of the most driven people are those who have been beaten up, broken down, have families to feed, or the like. We are looking for someone who is driven, honest, fair, dependable, and will to get the job done, while always being ethical. However, we require excellence at your every turn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for life. Yes, we chose the word, "Life", purposefully.
- Experience in the branding, marketing, or creative services industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance. Would be great. But not required. However, this skill is very important for you to know or quickly learn to keep up with the team.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
Compensation
This is a fully commission-based position, offering a competitive commission rate of 20% on every sale closed (bonus' can be achieved as well as commission increases based on performance). With unlimited earning potential, your income will directly reflect your performance and sales achievements.
