We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern, fluent in Mandarin, who will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, focusing on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Xiaohongshu. Role Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will drive our social media initiatives, starting with content creation and community engagement, and play a critical role in shaping our digital presence. Your responsibilities will include the execution of social media campaigns, engaging with our audience, and analyzing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Lead the daily management of our social media platforms including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement. Ensure all content is on-brand and tailored to each platform.
- Campaign Execution: Implement social media marketing campaigns to effectively engage followers and increase brand visibility. Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging multimedia content across social platforms. Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytical tools. Prepare reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices. Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to enhance our social media efforts.

- Strong experience in content creation and community engagement.
- Ability to work as a contractor with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.
Location:
This position is based in the SF Bay Area. The role requires collaboration across different time zones, including teams in London and Taipei.
