Position Overview:
Komodo Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing team. As a Senior Influencer Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that amplify our clients' brand presence, drive engagement, and achieve key performance objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of success in managing influencer campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience demographics.
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant influencers across social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer marketing initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
Influencer Identification and Relationship Management:
- Identify and establish relationships with top-tier influencers, micro-influencers, and content creators within specific niches and industries.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and budget parameters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, providing clear communication, guidance, and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Content Strategy and Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with influencers to develop compelling content concepts and creative briefs that resonate with target audiences and align with brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback and direction to influencers to optimize content quality, authenticity, and relevance.
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, and publishing schedules to ensure timely and cohesive campaign execution.
Campaign Management and Performance Analysis:
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including timeline management, budget tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze campaign metrics and performance data to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for optimization, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports and presentations, highlighting key learnings, successes, and areas for improvement.
Industry Trends and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns from conception to execution, delivering measurable results for clients.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms for measuring campaign performance and ROI.
