We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Account Executive with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B tech or software sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of data-driven sales strategies, and the ability to cultivate relationships with new clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth by selling innovative SaaS solutions to new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- New Business Development: Identify and prioritize target accounts, develop tailored sales strategies, and execute plans to acquire new logos.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within prospective organizations, understanding their business challenges and positioning our SaaS solutions as valuable assets.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities, track performance metrics, and optimize sales processes for continuous improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven success in B2B tech or software sales, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, with experience carrying a quota of over $500,000 annually.
- Strong understanding of data-driven sales methodologies and experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a genuine interest in helping clients leverage SaaS solutions to drive business outcomes.
