JOB DESCRIPTION
Our team is dedicated to helping our clients unlock growth by enabling change in areas like brand positioning, customer experience, and sales and marketing while unlocking the unique capabilities of their organization.
We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing Strategy team (on-site or remote) in a full-time capacity. This is a role where you’ll work cross-functionally to provide clarity on performance of various marketing, digital and commerce channels, cutting through the noise to deliver actionable and important information or recommendations to our clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In the Data Analyst position, you will provide analysis that tells a meaningful and impactful story for our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in web analytics, providing analysis, recommendations, and implementation for clients to achieve business goals.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to audit existing implementations and analyze information to produce thoughtful and thorough recommendations to make initiatives more efficient and effective
- Diagnose issues with existing platform configurations and tags, and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with internal teams to provide detailed data analysis and ensure proper user tracking is implemented throughout digital properties.
- Outline areas of optimization to support ecommerce conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Maintain and validate customer marketing campaigns data, build data visualization for ongoing reporting, presentation, or documentations.
- Produce dashboards to tell the narrative of performance across the digital landscape, measuring the impact of the acquisition strategies in place across web analytics tools and campaign platforms.
- Build Analytics view to gain deeper insights into user experience, segments, and performance, including the identification of key segments to improve audience development, micro-conversion measurement, and funnel drop off
- Help analyze and simplify large data sets for the marketing team to understand market and campaign trends and make informed marketing decisions to drive business growth
- Implement tracking to support client objectives with tag management systems including Google Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Launch, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, etc.
- Provide analytical support with any marketing A/B design and testing.
WHO YOU ARE:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital measurement, analysis, with a talent for synthesizing and visualizing data and a passion for analyzing users’ behavior and market dynamics.
- Working knowledge of a variety of tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activity
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), testing, and personalization including development, execution, and analysis
- The ability to extract data and report on site performance, user experience, accessibility, SEO, and other relevant metrics
- Strong knowledge of the Google Suite, Google Analytics 360, GA4 and implementation
- Experience with executing analytics tracking through tag management systems including Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe integration and analytics tools
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Domo, Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
- Experience with testing and optimization tools such as Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.
- Ability to learn IT systems quickly to extract and prepare required datasets for analytics
- Proven success driving data driven recommendations and action
