Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Office Manager at M3A SOLUTIONS LIMITED located in Dallas, TX. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, customer service, and office equipment management. They will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office.
- Aid office team in the daily operation of a turnkey service company.
- Manages administrative tasks.
- Help clients with scheduling questions.
- Organize office, and order supplies.
- Help Scheduling team oversee job completion of onsite jobs.
- Research and contact potential clients.
- Arranges for office maintenance and cleaning.
- Aid with third party vendor invoice uploading.
Qualifications
- 1 + years property management experience preferred
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Multi-family experience required
- General working knowledge of computers and computer programs
(MS Word, MS Excel)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
