Avli Foods is hiring a Community Marketing Manager!
The Community Marketing Manager will create compelling content across social media, newsletters, print collateral, and more for the Avli Group brands. They will manage social media platforms, and monitor online interactions to grow the online presence and help us stand out from the competition. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for food, hospitality, and digital marketing, who can effectively leverage various marketing channels to connect with our target audience and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
Organic Social Media
Build, maintain, and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar for the existing and future Avli Group brands (Avli Inspired Greek, Morgan’s on Fulton, and soon-to-be-announced QSR) for but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media, and incorporate them into our strategies. Monitor and respond to online guest comments and messages promptly and effectively. Work with the Marketing Director and Content Director to craft and capture creative content, including videos and photos, that aligns with each brand aesthetic and voice–especially on TikTok.
Newsletter and Print Collateral
Maintain the organic content calendar for the Avli newsletter, as well as print collateral needed for in-house promotions and marketing. Work with the graphic design team to copywrite for newsletters and print collateral.
Influencer Outreach and Reporting
Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and industry contacts to expand our reach and drive engagement. Plan influencer campaigns surrounding new openings, holidays, and special programming when needed.
Community Support
As needed, research and update the company database for press contacts, influencers, neighborhood contacts and organizations, hotel concierge, and more. Attend offsite events as needed to support the team and capture content.

Qualifications
You have 1-2 years of direct experience managing social media accounts, editorial calendars, copywriting, and content creation. Bonus if you have experience in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
You’ve got a knack for detail. You know just how to take big-picture goals and funnel them into a platform setup and tactical implementation. You can spot both successes and opportunities in complicated data sets.
You’re a problem-solver. Not only are you comfortable solving technical issues relating to social advertising campaigns, you’re the kind of person who jumps in and solves issues before they arise.
