As a Compliance Manager, you'll play a vital role in upholding our values by ensuring that our operations comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as industry regulations. Your Responsibilities:
As our Compliance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our compliance efforts. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Compliance Programs: You'll spearhead the development and execution of SAFCO's compliance initiatives, acting as a project manager to ensure their success.
- and Resolving Concerns: Independently review and evaluate compliance concerns within the organization, guiding investigations and resolutions to maintain our high standards.
- Management: Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring our operations remain ethical and lawful.
- and Education: Facilitate training sessions to educate our team members on compliance regulations and best practices, empowering them to uphold our standards.
- Audits: Conduct periodic audits to evaluate our systems and procedures, ensuring they meet industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to develop, modify, and maintain policies and procedures that align with our compliance program.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is required.
