You'll serve as the frontline representative, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service. Professional attitude and customer focus are critical. We respond to our customers’ needs 24/7/365!
With a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction, you'll undergo comprehensive training to handle various drug and alcohol testing procedures, including random samples, pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion events.
Operating on a rotating on-call schedule, you'll promptly respond to customer needs 24/7, ensuring meticulous documentation, adherence to individual protocols, and courteous interaction with customers and team members.
Physical fitness is essential, as you'll be required to carry up to 50 pounds and navigate ladders and stairs. Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with our clock-in app is also necessary for seamless operations.
Having a balanced work-life environment is very important to us, so you will only be on-call one full weekend a month, have one full week a month off, and be on-call for 1-3 days a night per week.
There are plenty of opportunities to work on the weekends for overtime pay. These are never forced but always optional!
You can make as much money as you want, depending on how much extra time you want to put in!

Requirements:
- You will be required to handle human urine samples.
- You will be on call on a rotating, scheduled basis and must be prepared to leave your home and attend to our customers’ needs very quickly, all hours of the day and night.
- Documentation and attention to detail are critical. Errors cannot be made here.
- Every customer has unique protocols that must be followed.

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to carry a backpack weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to negotiate ladders and stairs.
Skills:
- Computer literacy is necessary.
- Must have a Smart Phone and be able to use our app to clock in and out.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications Office & Excel.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Must be able to write English legibly.
- It is not required, but if you are a medical tech or medical tech assistant, it is a plus!
Location: (Monday - Friday/ 8-5)
- Will be in the office during normal working hours, but often flexible based on need within the office.
- Other hours will be “on-call” hours and for post-accident calls.
