Project Manager- Pharma Learning & Development/Medical Affairs

YOU:
- You have a basic understanding of pharmaceutical/medical/life sciences and have successfully managed L & D projects. You KNOW how to organize and prioritize.
- You preferably have Agency experience and you are a self-starter
- You have strong organizational skills, curiosity, initiative and resourcefulness. Multi-tasking doesn’t scare you. Accuracy and precision are a part of everything that you/we do.
- You have project management talent, training and ideally professional certification; you "get it" and you are comfortable with Client-facing work.
- You have excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Foreign language fluency is a plus.
- You are familiar with the software tools used in our industry and you are a bit of a techie.
- Your daily work requires dealing with content, cool technical stuff, visual quality and SMART PEOPLE – both clients and team members.
- You would like to be part of a close-knit team of cross-functional creative, professionals.
- You love to learn, grow and you get things done!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE …
- … using your abilities and experience to effectively work with clients, colleagues and vendors alike to ensure that projects are carried out according to specs, on time and on budget; keeping everybody informed. Omni Tech uses Asana.
- … interpreting and adhering to workflows, procedures, plans, and objectives, while remaining creative in the development of solutions.
- … participating in the evaluation, selection and testing of software tools, technologies, methods and services that enhance the teaching/learning experience for our clients. You enjoy technology and thrive on innovation.
- Facilitation of Zoom meetings (or other platforms).
- … being pleasant to be around, being proud of doing high-quality work while not taking yourself too seriously.
What we offer:
Omni Tech offers competitive salary, performance bonuses, health insurance, 401K, PTO, and growth opportunities. Omni does extensive research to evaluate and determine appropriate compensation ranges for candidates. For this position we offer a starting base salary between $55,000 and $75,000 depending on your qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
