Compensation: Base Salary: $80,000-$140,000 DOE
Healthcare: We pay 100% of the healthcare, dental, and vision premium for you and your dependents. Benefits will be effective the 1st day of your first full month.
Agility Lunches: Agility provides you a weekly stipend of $50 to support your nutrition and keep you fueled at work!
Paid Time Off: Uncapped
Stock Options: Equity is subject to the roll out of Agility’s stock option plan, currently projected for May, 2024.

What value does a CX Designer bring to the team?
A CX Designer at Agility is a dynamic professional who bridges the gap between user experience design and product management. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to launch, with a strong focus on optimizing user experience. The CX Designer ensures that every aspect of the product meets the user's needs and aligns with business objectives. At Agility, CX designers are paired with product owners, subject matter experts, who work closely with customers to implement our enterprise software. Together you will own the roadmap for both people and software solutions to the customer's pain points and innovate solutions for their precision advertising needs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to produce and iterate on designs quickly based on comprehensive user research and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conducts in-depth user research to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Design and Prototyping: Manages the design process from wireframing and prototyping to final design, ensuring interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
- Feature Prioritization: Balances user needs with business requirements by strategically prioritizing features that impact user experience and business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborates closely with engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless product development process.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly evaluates and optimizes product performance based on user feedback and data to improve outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Builds strong interdepartmental relationships to integrate user needs with organizational goals, effectively communicating design concepts and findings.
- Execution: Leads the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces, incorporating feedback to meet user expectations and business objectives.
- Industry Advocacy: Stays current with latest trends in UX and advertising, promoting a user-centered design approach within the organization.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in UX design with a focus on customer discovery and research.
- Experience in Data Visualization or Data Science is highly valued. Work with Data Visualization software products is a high indication of fit for this role.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Experienced with data visualization software such as PowerBI, Domo, Looker, or Tableau.
- Aware of design concepts related to chart forms, typography, and the use of color, and are able to design clear, legible charts.
- Experienced in designing, building, and iterating on user interfaces, with a strong sense of the entire user experience, not just the individual pieces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field a plus.
- Background in programmatic advertising adtech or martech ecosystems will contribute to success in this role but is not a prerequisite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver entire product life cycles.
- Strategic thinker capable of aligning UX design with business strategies.
