Reports to: NA Services Director
Location: Wilmington, DE
Office Hours: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Perform general reception duties, including answering and screening incoming phone calls, greeting visitors.
• Gather and submit LGS Suite 308 lunch order by 9:30 a.m. Monday – Wednesday.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and customer meetings.
• Answer general company policy questions.
• Assist training team with creation of the training schedule, scheduling of training classes and distribution of training materials and software.
• Assist training team in the organization and management of the certification and training records of customers and the Services team.
• Proof and format technical documents, forms, and templates for accuracy and clarity.
• Assist in preparation and execution of the annual Customer Education Conference.
• Assist in material preparation for Sales bids in conjunction with customer prospects requirements, for example, RFP preparation.
• Maintain office and kitchen supplies, schedule and coordinate maintenance on office equipment, prepare and log Workspeed building and cleaning requests.
Additional Requirements and Soft Skills:
• 10+ years relevant experience in general office procedures, policies, and methods.
• High School Diploma.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Excellent typing skills; type and format various documents including reports, letters, and correspondence.
• Excellent organizational, time management and follow through skills.
• Ability and willingness to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, and plan work to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service skills, self-motivated, and dedicated.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client and personnel confidentiality.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to carry and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current passport.
• Ability to travel for business approximately 3 weeks per year in support of global LabWare events.
