Program Manager (Contract)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing a joint selling framework with global partners to promote Azure infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include identifying joint opportunities, facilitating collaboration between Microsoft and partner sellers, supporting program execution, defining requirements, orchestrating cross-organization teams, and monitoring progress to ensure successful partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of business/sales programs for the Priority ISV Program Management support.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution through collaboration and communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
- Establish effective project governance structures and communication channels.
- Ensure projects adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members for excellence and accountability.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2-3 overall years of experience in the field required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing complex technology programs.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure or background in Azure and partner programs at Microsoft.
- PMP or PMI certifications are a plus.

- Pay Range: $40 - 45.50 per hour
