ROLE:
As the Marketing Manager at PACKS, you'll be instrumental in supporting partner and licensee marketing, CRM management, and email marketing. Additionally, you will take an active role in the development and execution of our brand's owned social media strategy. Project management will also be a focus, utilizing automated systems like Monday.com. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role requires cross-functional collaboration with internal and external licensee teams across different departments. Your insights and strategic direction will guide our brand marketing efforts, bolster our presence in the market, and reinforce our commitment to rolling different.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- 4+ years of experience including experience in cannabis or other regulated industries.
- Solid understanding of CRM management, email marketing strategies, and social media
- strategies.
- Strong project management skills with experience using automated systems like
- Monday.com.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and similar design programs.
- Familiarity with print asset production, including the ability to read and identify file layers
- for print-ready assets and the materials used such as spot UV, foil, emboss, soft touch.
- Proficient in partner and licensee marketing support or familiar with central-to-local market marketing
- Ability to evaluate ROI and understand reporting requirements of various strategies, channels, and campaigns.
- Experience achieving ambitious KPIs and taking responsibility for execution and performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, in particular how to brief and manage creative resourcing and coordinate content production
- Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the creation, implementation, and management of strategic and tactical marketing plans.
- Foster relationships with partners and licensees, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
- Work cross-functionally with different teams to align strategies and goals.
- Utilize CRM management and email marketing to drive clear and effective
- communications.
- Develop and execute the brand's owned social media strategy, including the creation of
- content calendars and a broad range of social media assets.
- Utilize market research, consumer insights, and performance analytics to inform
- strategic decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to industry regulations and brand standards.
- Assist in coordinating with sales teams to develop materials and strategies that
- effectively promote PACKS products and boost sales.
- Help manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to drive
- growth.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team, creating and executing programs to enable
- a strong content publishing pipeline.
- Create scalable processes and best practices to support brand expansion across
- industry verticals and geographies.
- Remain up-to-date with emerging platforms, trends, and best practices across digital
- marketing, and regularly share your perspective.
