About the Job:
- Manage the meeting calendar and domestic and international travel schedule.
- Conduct research and summarize information for company meetings.
- Review, edit, and finalize correspondence and documents while managing email and incoming requests.
- Understand the strategic objectives and deliver key messages.
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison for internal and external staff, and vendors to relay important information and keep track of critical documents.
- Support the speedy and accurate submission of expense reports and other financial documents.
- Deliver exceptional service to all internal and external clients.
- Manage special projects to streamline and develop processes and procedures.
