Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies to meet aggressive business goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Regularly track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms, making recommendations for adjustments to campaigns as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Monitor industry best practices and share insights and knowledge with the team to continuously improve campaign performance.
Required Skills
- 4yrs+ Proven experience as a Paid Marketing Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to create direct response and conversion copy.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing and an understanding of statistical significance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with Trading and Financial Services will be considered a serious advantage.
- Experience managing remote and on-site team and workflows
