Role Description
As a rapidly growing small firm, we are currently looking to fill part-time and/or contract positions for an office administration manager with strong business development skills, particularly in the fields of "forensic engineering" and "insurance claims". This is a part-time remote role (with the opportunity to extend to a full-time position) for an Administrative Office Manager. The Administrative Office Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, managing office equipment and supplies, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
