Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data entry is precise
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure smooth workflow
Handle administrative tasks related to the accounting department as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
