Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales? Resolve IT Solutions is seeking a self-motivated Independent Sales Contractor to join our team. This is a non-employee, independent contractor role (1099) with a generous, commission-only compensation structure (see below for compensation).

Position Overview:
As an Independent Sales Contractor, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by:
- Sourcing new clients: Identify and engage potential customers who can benefit from our comprehensive IT solutions and products
- Negotiating terms: Collaborate with clients to tailor packages that meet their unique needs
- Closing deals: Seal the deal and foster long-lasting relationships with our valued clients
What We Offer:
- Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere and on your schedule
- Generous commission-only compensation package:
- One-time bonus: 100% of the first month's MRC (up to $5,000, per contract)
- Base commission (beginning month two): 20% of MRC every month for the life of the customer contract
Our monthly recurring charges start at $1,000.
Earnings Example:
Close three new contracts in one month at our minimum $1,000 MRC rate, you would earn:
- 1st month: 3 x $1,000 = $3,000 one-time bonus
- 2nd month and every month the customer contracts remain active: 3 x $1,000 x .20 = $600
If you didn't sell another contract, you would still receive $9,600 the first year then $7,200 every year (paid monthly) for the life of the customer contracts.
There is no limit to the number of contracts you can sell, and while the minimum MRC is $1,000, the average MRC per contract is higher.

- Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with IT services and solutions is beneficial, training is available
- Self-Driven: Motivated to exceed targets and deliver results
- Relationship Builder: Ability to connect with clients and build trust
