Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Marketing Manager will oversee the organization’s marketing ventures. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives (Social Media Ads)
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, content, and messaging.
- identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing activities, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

platforms.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, demonstrating successful
marketing campaign execution and business impact.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Development is desired.
- Bilingual English - Spanish is a must.
