Role Description
Lemme is looking for a Brand Content Writer to join our growing brand marketing team.
As a Brand Copywriter at Lemme, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop messaging strategies and create copy for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials. The Brand Content Writer will report directly to the Senior Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing and Director of Social.
Skills Needed:

- SEO experience and understanding for lifestyle and science related blog content
- An understanding of both science forward copy and brand forward copy
What You'll Do:
- Website PDP content copywriting for product and brand specific content pages.
- Contributing day to day in conceiving and writing content for our digital channels, customer service team, email/sms teams and paid media teams. This will be a primary focus of the role.
- Partner with the design team to ensure copy is correctly flowed into design.
- Execute clean, detail-oriented, on-brief copy that captures the Lemme brand voice.
- Product marketing copy for labels, retail and product related marketing initiatives
- You’ll work on organic, product-driven, and paid content. You’ll write and edit content ideas in text, infographic, video, and other formats.
- Taking the lead on developing ideas at all levels of ambition—from responsive, quick hits, to major, long-lead series. You’ll develop content that will appeal to new audience segments and bring our point of view to a mainstream audience, and content that will turn our existing leads into customers and customers into lifelong loyalists and advocates.
- Contributing SEO-forward content ideas based on search trends and smart keyword strategy for blog.
- Helping to build our content calendar. This means determining what stories we should be writing/producing and then writing/producing them in tandem with our Social Media Director.
What You'll Bring:
- Must have 4+ years working in an editorial capacity at a publisher or a publisher’s brand studio as a writer or writer/editor
- You can also communicate scientific information and data in a digestible way that flows with our brand style, voice, flare and tone.
- You have meaningful experience conceiving, researching, and writing long-form and short-form media. This is a must-have.
- You can quickly learn brand voice and implement it seamlessly across all touchpoints.
- You’re an audience-centric thinker and natural storyteller and aren’t bound by any one content type or length or platform.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.
- You can write up and down the funnel. You can write broad, awareness-generating content, but you’re equally passionate about helping our existing customers understand our product better, and have a better experience with our brand.
- Experience in the supplements / health world is ideal, but not necessary. Experience writing on topics related to health, beauty or lifestyle preferred.
- You have outstanding verbal and written skills, and high attention to detail.
