I. Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will report to the Operations and Product Manager and has responsibility in the areas of shipping samples, purchase orders, accounts receivable and general office administration activities.
II. Specific Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders as directed.
- Send accounts receivable reminders to customers.
- Data entry for all customer service requirements.
- Ship samples to customers.
- Manage sample inventory.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; order new supplies as needed.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Other duties as required.
III. Essential Skills and Experience:
Education or Equivalent: (Minimum required to perform job)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years Customer Service
- 1 year Data Entry
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- QuickBooks
- Customer Service
- PO Processing
- Invoicing
- High attention to detail
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be highly organized.
- High initiative to resolve issues and know when to escalate.
