The Role:
Social Media Manager, this person will be responsible for daily engagement and management of social profiles for viral marketing and social media initiatives for Socially Disrupt LLC.
Details:
• $20 - $25 per hour
• Flexible hours
• 80% remote / 20% on site for clients in Los Angeles County
• Free products regularly. Examples of what the team has received from clients in past 3 months: cookie dough, rugs, airbnb trip, pilates classes, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Management of multiple social media accounts to ensure content is posted, and comments and messages are not left unanswered.
• Brainstorming ideas and executing outreach to ensure account growth within specific industry
• Develop and maintain a schedule of social media posts, including caption and hashtag
creation, and overall social plans, and work with a team to build content in time for discussion and approvals, using provided brand guidelines and assets.
• Ensure that all social channels including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook are updated regularly with relevant content that aligns with companies initiatives and to diverse customer base.
• Brainstorm ideas ranging from stories, events, videos, news, product integration, and determining best practices for execution.
• Maintenance of Social Networking Marketing Efforts and keeping tone of voice the same per brand guidelines.
• Execution and suggestion of strategic direction.
• Prepare reports on a monthly basis for tracking and analyzing our social media activities and effectiveness along with latest trends in digital marketing.
Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 2 - 3 years marketing, community engagement, and social media experience.
• Very self motivated and able to take initiative
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Video Editing.
• Ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
• Must have experience with social media marketing, content scheduling, and posting on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Must have experience with Asana, Slack, and Notion
