As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and boost conversions for our e-commerce business. In this role you will leverage the Shopify e-commerce platform to improve shopper experience, optimize campaigns and implement SEO techniques.
Responsibilities:
-Create and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan across amouage.com and retailer.com to drive brand recognition, increase online traffic, and achieve sales goals.
-Leverage an in-depth understanding of Shopify and e-commerce platforms to manage and optimize the online store, ensuring a smooth customer journey and seamless experience for all users.
-Demonstrate a keen understanding of the digital landscape and trends, including advertising and media planning (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).
-Oversee all aspects of PPC advertising including campaign strategy, keyword research, campaign set up, ad copy creation and performance tracking.
-Partner with CRM, email, analyst and web team to create strong lead-generation and nurturing tactics.
Qualifications:
-Creative enthusiast with a passion for innovation and digital marketing.
-Experience in driving significant increases in digital conversion rates. Proven track record of executing marketing plans, achieving relevant KPIs and growing a Direct-to-Consumer brand.
-Master in PPC campaign management, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
-Proficient with ecommerce technology and analytic tools including Google Analytics.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Strong project management skills. Must be able to multitask, make decisions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work with web development and technology teams.
-Detail oriented with the ability to interpret data and recommend actionable insights.
-Management and backend design of Shopify site a plus.
-Experience managing Amazon channel a plus.
-Experience in content writing for web copy a plus.
-Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing preferably within the beauty space.
