- Collaborate with cross-functional business and project stakeholders to understand the objectives of project changes.
- Translate business requirements into impacts on people, processes, and technology. Develop a change summary by validating changes through engagement with key stakeholder groups.
- Plan and execute a training rollout strategy, including the creation of user-friendly training materials such as knowledge articles, demo recordings, and training decks. Additionally, assess the effectiveness of training and readiness efforts.
- Must have skills: Knowledge of Agile principles and philosophies, Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills, Excellent interpersonal abilities that tailor seamlessly to appropriate audiences, Ability to multi-task across workstreams as needed
- Optional skills: Change Management certification or equivalent experience (i.e., Prosci certified)

Change and Training Lead
- Involved in initial release design and existing release enhancements.
- Lead medium-scale change initiatives or play a significant part within larger enterprise-wide change programs.
- Review business requirements and translate them into persona-based change impacts across people, process and Technology.
- Designs and conducts company training programs. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.
- Develop and own the execution of change management strategies
- Work closely with subject matter authorities and leadership to develop and drive consistent key program messaging and content.
- Measure efficiency of change initiatives and evolve plans as needed to drive adoption, utilization and sustainment for change.
- Regularly report on activity status to program leadership; work with leadership to advance and resolve risks and issues
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
