If you’re into telling bold stories, we want to hear yours. Post House Creative/lookthinkmake is seeking a full-time copywriter to work on various strategic brand, campaign, video, audio, and digital projects.
Primarily working with an art director and creative director to create great concepts, you’ll be doing everything from developing big campaign ideas and writing scripts to naming products and initiatives and crafting short- and long-form print and digital content. In addition, you’ll be communicating across agency teams, contributing writing and insights for multimedia projects.
As a strategic thinker and crafter of many voices, you’re a natural at quick-hitting headlines and taglines. You also live for deep dives into long copy: brochures, landing pages, websites—and maybe even a book? Around here, it’s been known to happen.
This full-time, paid, remote position will require in-person meetings from time to time. A presence in Austin, TX, Columbus, OH, or Denver, CO is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and evolve voices for a variety of brands.
- Ideate strategic campaign concepts with a focus on well-crafted copy for all media.
- Collaborate with the video team to concept ideas, write scripts, and assist with any post-production script edits.
- Contribute to content creation for digital marketing, print media, and OOH in collaboration with cross-functional agency teams.
- Develop copy for multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, including search, social media, video, and websites.
- Contribute to internal copywriting and communications projects.
- Proof and edit copy as needed.
- Write the book on a client—we’re not talking a novel, but we do love a good coffee table read.
- Actually, write anything that needs to be written.

Qualifications:
- A BA, MA, or MFA in Advertising, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising or branding agency environment.
- An enviable portfolio of smart and polished creative work.
- Collaborative, creative and supportive approach to concept ideation.
- Innate need to ask “Why?” and “What if?”
- Excellent internal and client-facing presentation skills.
- Extra-excellent deadline-oriented time management skills.
- Strong communication skills when working with multidisciplinary agency teams.
- Ability to be flexible and amenable to always-evolving projects.
