We are seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations. The Manager, Revenue Operations, will be responsible for orchestrating significant revenue growth by overseeing the development and execution of best-in-class revenue operations strategies. This role demands in-depth expertise in revenue operations, combined with strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide and empower cross-functional teams across the revenue engine.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the implementation and tracking of a high-performing revenue operations function, emphasizing efficient and scalable processes for pipeline management, quota & compensation planning, and integrated marketing, sales, and success dashboards.
- As the owner of our CRM and the rest of our sales tech-stack you will be responsible for building and up-leveling our processes and ensuring data integrity, as well as bringing the necessary infrastructure a high-growth revenue organization needs to scale.
- Implement and track reporting for account-based marketing (ABM), including the pre-pipeline and pipeline, and develop an understanding of renewals, expansion, and new logo pipeline.
- Help to implement and track other key funnels beyond ABM, such as our product-led growth pipeline.
- Lead the implementation of strategies and processes to enhance pipeline management and deliver highly reliable and accurate monthly forecasts, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights to help sales, solutions, and marketing leaders to continuously improve performance, reduce sales cycles, drive higher win rates, increase average deal size and boost forecast accuracy.
- Manage the deal interface between sales and legal to ensure timely execution of contracts and process compliance.
- Manage the relationship between sales and finance to ensure that finance gets all the information it needs for timely billing and that deals follow appropriate approvals (margin etc)
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, where successes are replicated and learnings from setbacks are applied to future endeavors (for example surfacing win/loss report data).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations leadership roles leading to demonstrable revenue growth, preferably in a Global SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, and leverage data-driven insights to identify and solve business challenges.
- Strong experience in supporting high-performing marketing, sales, and customer success teams, with a track record of implementing and optimizing revenue operations processes.
- Demonstrated understanding of data analytics or intelligence operations to interpret and leverage data insights for driving informed decisions. Deep knowledge of sales and marketing funnels (leads, opportunities, accounts, etc.). A wizard with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and help senior leaders to achieve strategic goals.
- Experience building out a CRM (ideally HubSpot), and advanced knowledge of the permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards.
- Excellent at analyzing data, creating insights and reports.
- Experience in both startup environments and established companies is a plus.
