As the Marketing Manager at Quantum Wellness Spa, you will be crucial in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to elevate our brand. Working with the leadership team you will help turn this business into a brand with thousands of raving fans, attract new members/guests, and retain our community/members. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social and digital initiatives, and driving qualified individuals who are eager to have an intentional wellness experience.
This role reports directly to the CEO.
This high-responsibility role requires excellent marketing acumen, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Core Objectives:
- Leadership, Management, and Accountability: Leading internal marketing contractors, ambassadors, and/or employees along with various agencies. You are the glue that holds the entire department together. You are the leader and hold the responsibility of this department.
- Performance-Driven Strategy: Develops and creates specialized strategies that meet our KPIs and Goals, rewarding performance, and thinking outside of the box by strategizing, testing, refining, and improving.
- Branding: Our culture is expressed through visual, written, and all other forms of communication. The intention is to be us, no one else, and to expertly communicate that message to the world.
- Customer Journey: Ensuring the customer's journey through the marketing objectives is seamless and memorable. We are professional, organized, and yet relatable.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Development and Marketing Execution:
- Develop and implement robust marketing strategies that effectively communicate our spa's unique value propositions, enhance client engagement, and drive business growth.
- This includes Out Of Home, Digital, PR, Organic, Membership Retention, and any other campaign/initiative that is identified to align with our business goals and move the company forward.
- Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they align with our brand's voice and meet our business objectives.
- Be actively developing, testing, and refining our marketing funnels, receiving feedback from sales & onsite teams to integrate their feedback into strategies.
Digital and Social Media Management:
- Oversee our social media platforms, sourcing and leading a team of creators that produce engaging and relevant content that drives impressions, brand validation, and ultimately more members.
- Analyze social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to keep our brand at the forefront of the wellness industry.
- Produce monthly & quarterly reports on how the company is adapting to the latest algorithmic & content trends.
Content Creation and Branding:
- Guide and when feasible produce compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, newsletters, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Ensure all marketing materials across various channels maintain brand consistency and reflect Quantum Wellness Spa's mission, values, and positioning.
- Creating direct response landing pages, cultivating and writing email marketing flows/campaigns
- Continuously adding to and expanding upon our Brand Bible with comprehensive instruction and design elements that help us stay unique and instantly recognizable.
Community Engagement and Public Relations:
- Foster relationships with community leaders, content creators, influencers, ambassadors, and other stakeholders to build and maintain the positive brand image of Quantum Wellness Spa.
- Create partnership & collaboration presentations that drive win-win solutions for both the partner & our business.
- Oversee the ambassadors, creators, and influencers to ensure they are vetted in alignment with our values, and posting/creating content on time.
- Create and develop a standard operation procedure that will streamline this process.
- Organize and promote community events and partnerships that align with our brand's ethos and enhance our community presence.
Analytics and Market Research:
- Utilize analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, adjusting marketing strategies as necessary to meet these demands.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals and that all promotional activities are well-coordinated.
- Lead and inspire a marketing team by example, promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Skill and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, out-of-home marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Understands SEO, how to build presentations/decks, can write excellent sales & marketing copy for landing pages and email drip campaigns, knows how to create content.
- Experience launching and nurturing brick-and-mortar-based businesses.
- Tech stake skills: Canva, Clickup, Slack, Google Sheets or equivalent, Email marketing platforms, and moderate experience with backend software.
- Experience sourcing and managing influencers and ambassadors that align with our core principles and brand vision.
- Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them successfully.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Occasionally required to lift items up to 20 pounds for event setups and other outside marketing activities.
- This is mainly a remote position but we expect participation and contribution to our live monthly events and team activities.
