We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry / Customer Service Rep to join our team in San Antonio. The Data Entry / Customer Service Rep will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and providing exceptional customer service and support to Daily Dot Art's customers.

Pay range:
$38,500 - $49,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information, order details, shipping addresses, and payment information, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery status updates, and product information, ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, shipping, and finance departments, to coordinate order fulfillment, resolve order discrepancies, and address customer-related issues or concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in computer and software applications, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and customer service tasks.
